I don’t get the whole FB thing of adding or dropping friends but Mrs. O dumped four today. Seems like they are so stupid they say things like , “ too bad he missed”.

You can hate Trump or Biden but if you wish either to be killed, you’re an ass. And may karma find you.

I know several people who feel the same way and I'm sure Pres. Biden feels that way also, even though he can't say it as President.

Several on here feel that way, you know, mean tweets and sh**. I understand your sentiment, but these people feel justified because of the 7-year drumbeat of negative spin from this Leftist media and their unholy alliance with the Demoscum Party. They tried phony impeachments, Russia Russia Russia, political persecution, and finally they tried to blow his head off. I doubt very much that they are done. It's pretty odd that private citizens have to alert a security detail that a shooter is on the roof, but they sure as hell were jolly on the spot to shoot him after he already got his shots off. Trump is supposed to dead now, if this was Barry Hussein and not Hitler, heads would roll.

Soccer, I’m proud of may liberal friends. I’m also, for the day, proud of Biden , Pelosi and other democrats who have denounced this act. Mrs. O read me the comments and I was shocked that people wished a man dead.

What "media sources" are you referring to? I've not seen or read a single media report that expresses that kind of hatred.

Something occurred to me while in interacting with you. I dunno, but what if Donald Trump selected Donald Trump Jr. as his VP? Then after 4 years, Donald Jr. serves as President for 8 years and Barron as his VP. Then Barron Trump becomes President …

That's a strange segue from the topic, but I'll bite... re: your "what if" -- are all these Trump family members elected through free and fair elections? Like the one Trump lost to Biden? Or do you suppose Democracy dies and the Trumps just appoint family members to succeed them, i.e. take over the throne?

Trump has already chosen Vance so I guess it's too late for that plan.

Sorry, I'm not so desperate to praise the other side just because they have a brief moment of decency and say, that attempting to assassinate someone is not nice. If the roles were reversed do you think liberals would be saying, oh geez, I'm so proud of you Republicans for saying that someone attempting to murder our guy is a no-no? Just a few days ago, July 8 Biden was talking about putting Trump in a bullseye, and that's just one of dozens of things he has said in recent months. Now after some reckless half-ass SS protection and a near assassination of the leading presidential candidate Joe pivots into "MY BAD" mode. If Joe does something real like fire Cheatle and Mayorkas at that point he may deserve some credit. I don't see that happening of course.

Smith is already appealing the dismissal. The judge in question is a Trump appointee and her dismissal deviates from all the previous rulings.

Smith may or may not win appeal, but if he does it will still be a win for Trump since it will delay any action until after the election.

It’s one thing to have differences politically. It’s totally another to wish death on either candidate.. If you wish death on any human being it just reveals what is in that person’s heart. On another note, the Democratic Party claims to be the party of peace, unity and acceptance, however, we see them wishing death on a presidential candidate. Thats just plain hypocrisy and it’s unbecoming of a human being.

I have seen a lot of people post the fact that Trump often calls for violence or revenge on his opposition. I have see post from the "proud boys" calling for a civil war on Democrats.
I have seen post from right wing support that claim this is a democratic conspiracy to get "Trump"
I have seen post by liberals that claim this is all staged by Trump and his minions.\

I will sat it again I HAVE NOT SEEN A SINGLE POST THAT WISHED TRUNP OR ANTIBE DEAD.

But he really did not have a "my bad" moment during his interview with Lester Holt tonight. Lester actually grew a spine and asked him if he thought rhetoric like "putting a bullseye on Trump" could actually push some unstable person into doing what was done to Trump. Paraphrasing here: "I didn't mean bullseye, I meant like crosshairs, put him in the crosshairs, to focus in on him."

You just can't make this shit up.

I have seen 4 posts on fb wishing the guy wouldn't have missed. One of them from a fellow classmate. It's disgusting and yes anyone on my friend list who wishes this will be deleted.

I can think of probably 50 people off of the top of my head that I would do backflips off the roof of my house if somebody took them out, no doubt about it. The difference is I admit it. As always you and a few others on this site will pretend that it is all one sided and that the MEGA do no wrong...There are plenty of people on both sides that are hateful, but the majority of people do not approve or promote violence toward either side.

I'm sure you will find people with any set of views you'd want them to have, to prove whatever point you would like them to prove. There are the lowest of the low on any side of any argument, and these fringe filth never represent the entirety of one side. But you can still try to make people think that, and weak minded people may even agree.

This incident should have never happened.

The better side of me would be in alignment with what so many other classy people have said..

Political violence should not be tolerated, no matter who it is.

The worst side of me says: "No way in hell does this man deserve the honor of martyrdom."

In this election, I hate that I am not voting FOR anyone. Joe Biden has one qualification. He is not Donald Trump. Good enough to get my vote, unfortunately.

You'll all blame Trump's protection. I blame the kid and what he held in his hand, and quite frankly, how he obtained what was in his hand. They say the day before, he was at the gun shop, getting ammo.

Donald Trump is just one more casualty (an injury still counts as a casualty) in this gun-loving culture. But even that wouldn't be enough for real reform.

It would be my hope that if it wasn't bad enough that these instruments of death were unloaded in a classroom, that maybe it would start to sink in when it's pointed toward your Orange Idol.....

Dee, okay no matter who you are, that last line is funny. LOL.

This kid was a nobody. We know he was bullied in school. So are many people and they don't end up killing others. He was looking for attention and fame and what he got was his brain matter sprayed across a roof.

Did this incident stop another? I think the fact that this kid had so many explosives at his home that had he gotten away with this, we may have seen him involved in a school attack in the future.

I, like you don't think anyone should be a target of a crazy person because of politics. This kid probably thought he'd be famous, but he'll be buried and forgotten.

It's pretty funny, most gun grabbers haven't mentioned the gun this time, I suppose because it was an approved target and a Democrat-controlled SS looked the other way. As far as him being bullied in school, he has been out of school for at least 2 and maybe 3 years. It simply should not have happened. What's next a 12-year-old gives it a try, if so now is the time.
