Not even a coffee drinker - the Scooter’s location looks like a nice new building.

What’s not so appealing is the 30-years dormant Gitcho property on the corner.

It looks like a bait shop, eyesore and / or traffic cone on the highway to make us not look like a bunch of knuckle dragging hicks.

Find a way to imminent domain that thing and make it not look like a shack.

AMEN. Your property is a disgrace to this town Mr. Githo. You hung onto it too long and now it’s not worth what you thought it was at one time. Keep paying taxes on a slum property.

It may be the other Gitcho. I believe they are cousins. If they sold it to a private individual, I'd love to meet the fool that gave them their price. I have this bridge. LOL

I believe it's owned by Kit Gitcho. And I agree, they blew it being so tight fisted and greedy for all these years. I thought JM Motors had bought it, but guess they were just leasing it. And the State put the kibosh on that second used car lot.
