This Edwardsville co-ed bathroom is just the beginning

The first question you have to ask yourself is why? Why do adults, not school aged children have such a hard-on to see boys and girls share a bathroom space? Living out their fantasies through the children? What f'd up reasoning is the driving force behind this? No reasonable person would find this to be a good idea. Bathroom stalls from ceiling to floor with every stall ventilated and equipped with locking doors. I can hear the stories now, mixed company behind locked door #1 doing whatever they want for however long they want until some nosey teacher musters up the nerve to begin to knock to disrupt it. How long do they wait, 10 more minutes, 15, or 20 more minutes before a janitor or security is called to the bathroom to unlock the door?
They might as well just hang a sign outside of the co-ed stalls stating smoking area. Tiny 100% private and ventilated locked rooms to break out the vape, cigarettes or to burn off a quick blunt. How will they prevent it, how will they stop it since they couldn't prevent it? Unless they would hire a restroom guard to sit dead center of this space, never being allowed to turn their backs to it or leave the area, it would never be a safe and secure place for students to use. Why fix something that isn't broken? Why should our tax dollars be allowed to support this insanity? Why is it the loudest voices in favor of this screwed up idea seem to be males and females that have no children of their own. There has been a single man, never having children of his own arguing in support of this insanity on a Facebook group for 10 days straight now. Why would any single adult childless male be such an activist for co-ed bathrooms, especially for children? When anyone tries to explain their concern over this issue to this man he jumps on the thoughts and prayers bandwagon mocking Christians. What would make him have such a stake in this situation when he doesn't have a dog in the fight that he exposes himself to a group of thousands to publicly argue to see these bathroom policies be the new normal?
When our family is away from the house and our girls have to use a public restroom somewhere, my husband stands right outside of the doors. Any grown man or older boy would not get past my husband, it just wouldn't happen and it damn sure shouldn't be allowed to happen when they are away from us in school.
