Instead of protecting victims, Circuit Attorney Gardner is creating them. My office will do everything in its power to restore order, and eliminate the chaos in St. Louis caused by Kim Gardner’s neglect of her office.
AG Andrew Bailey means well, and Gardner is a joke of a prosecutor but no way in hell is she going to resign. What she will do is obvious, she will break out the race card because, in that sh##hole of a city, it's a winning card. Bought and paid for Soros prosecutors in Democrat cities all over the country are nothing but criminal enablers. If Milton gets any worse, Lebanon will get another 10 Billion dollars.

Kim Gardner is a disgrace, her ass needs to go. She's not alone, all of these bought and paid-for Soros prosecutors need to go.
Will she get booted out on her ass, of course not, and as a result, St. Louis will continue to rot.If Milton gets any worse, Lebanon will get another 10 Billion dollars.
It's a shame what has happened to St. Louis. When you allow a country to go soft on crime, this is what happens. Criminals are bolder and victims are more vulnerable. I carry everywhere I go but I will NOT go to St. Louis for anything.
Carjackings, drive by shootings, armed robbery, all make this city a complete disaster. When you put a nice saddle on a mule, it's still not a racehorse.
the Bluer the city the higher the crime, and when you combine that with a do-nothing prosecutor, you get what you get. If Milton gets any worse, Lebanon will get another 10 Billion dollars.
We can all thank Obama and Eric Holder for disarming the police during the Michael Brown riots. They tied their hands, not only here but across the country. No more armored vehicles or military style vehicles allowed to stop rioting mobs.
Their hands remain to be tied long after the riots. And now there is a re-elected city prosecutor who right off the bat made her list of police officers who are banned from her office and whose arrests she will not prosecute. It started with a list of 28 but she added more on later.
Everyone can't understand why people drive like fools? It because they know they can now, what LEO wants to pull over a car for speeding or wreckless driving knowing theres a chance they are going to be shot? Their life isn't worth a fifty dollar fine! These idiot drivers know it, so they drive like fools, knowing they won't be stopped.
You could police cam video of 8 black subjects shooting it out with a police officer and if the officer happens to shoot or even kill one of them, all hell is going to break loose. No matter what the cop cam shows. First the media will hype it to fit their leftist narrative, then Al Sharpton will show up, Michael Brown's mother with the neck tattoo...and they will all scream white cop killing black teens. There will NEVER be justification in their eyes.
And Gardner will seek to charge the police officer, not any of the teens who shot first. That's what is sitting over in a once wonderful downtown area. Back in the day, it was like being in New York City, with the hustle and bustle. Crowds on every corner, waiting for the lights to change, to cross to their destination. Restaurants, shopping, it was magnificent. Now it's a ghost town and I refuse to take the Mrs. to the stadium for a game, heck we don't go anywhere over there anymore, not even the Fox. Sad, sad, sad.
I worked nights in the city in the 90s, and while I don't remember the magnificence that you describe, it wasn't a war zone then either. If Milton gets any worse, Lebanon will get another 10 Billion dollars.
This was in the 70's, a great time in downtown. Tons of great restaurants, little hole in the wall places. Long before the convention center was built. The Mercantile Tower was brand new and something to behold for the times. Styx, Baer and Fuller or Famous& Barr were the kind of department stores you saw on television, with elevator operators and as you were going up or coming down the floors were announced. It was nothing to run into local celebrities in the watering holes or some authentic Mexican restaurant that most people didn't even know existed. It was a great time. And you didn't have to fear for your life.
I dont expect those days will ever return, id settle for much less, a city where decent people didnt have to live in fear from people that choose to act like animals. If Milton gets any worse, Lebanon will get another 10 Billion dollars.
