I'm willing to bet the superintendent cancels the return to in person learning for at least two more weeks.they did not fail, because they did what their country asked of them....

Not a chance. I'll go one step further and say the kids may not see the inside of a classroom before March.

Other schools are returning, the DMV is delayed until the 24th. I do not see why they would delay past the 24th. We are being told this weekend/next week should be our peak. This is all getting old, especially for something that will be around every year. This is going to be our new flu. We better figure out how to deal with it without shutting everything down.

It's the biggest no-win proposition....
Back to school and they protest "You're killing our children..."
Keep them out of class and it causes problems as well.

You won't be able to do what is popular.....so based on the information you have...just try to do what's best.

The seriousness of this latest variant isn't anywhere near where COVID was. The only damage will be how much harm we are doing to kids with them not being in school.
