Im good with his answer signaling that his butt has been wiped. He belted it out with pride and I think that shows great energy. I also think his wife deserves more credit for what she does with her role as the first caretaker, not less.

Generally, most folks you have discourse with HERE, have some insight into our Constitution, the Founding Fathers, King James, ect.

Biden parrots .. I guess now, the man wants to take credit for our Constitutional Republic. Lindsey Graham said the same thing about idea. We are a Nation governed by THE PEOPLE and built on universal principles. Our Founders drew an outline, but WE THE PEOPLE, generation after generation, created an alternative to empires and rulers.

If in a Democracy you do not yield them to the Government...explain how the Government get any rights?

The way I see it is in a Democracy you are born with rights,,,the only rights the Government has are those that are yielded by law...in an Aristocracy the Government has those rights..

If this is incorrect...someone please explain why...

The combination of government (power) and corporations (money) is a toxic marriage. It is not the proper role of government to intervene in the economy, and to tilt the tables in any direction through force. The proper role of government is to protect liberty and settle disputes when force, fraud, or the breaking of a contract takes place. The American people are learning this painful lesson the hard way.

This country is not a democracy.

Do you even know what a Democracy is, or do you just hate the word because it has the same first six letters of Democrat?

So you say that the country is not a Democracy, because you hate Democrats, and would call it a Republic, because it contains the first eight letters of Republican.

But DO YOU KNOW what a Republic really is?

If you did, you would have to go back to the word Democracy.

It's not a pure Democracy, that's true. A Republic is more of what one would call a Representative Democracy.

This is what happens when your talking heads who speak in your echo chamber politicize even words to describe our system of government.

You cannot have a republic, if your representatives are not democratically elected.

You wouldn't want PURE Democracy. It would mean the people would have to mull over every boring detail and make a decision on those details.

But you wouldn't want a Republic that's not a Democracy either.

So any way, glad I could assist you with a much needed civics lesson.
