Hey video boy, this time tomorrow no one will care what you say. Pointing out negative issues with no focus on the good things in a community is BS.

What does this guy base “violent “ crime on? I don’t remember more than a handful of homicides in ten years. Domestic violence is considered violent but it’s not the fault of a community. Often it’s a drugged up or drunk assclown hitting his wife who refuses to prosecute. Armed robbery? A few lately but where do they come from? This assclown’s hometown.

This guy went back to mommy’s basement to edit his video.

What is the intent of this video?
If the tour was going to give a true representation then he should’ve taken a right on Niedringhaus after the back handed compliment of the theater. While many of the businesses are shuttered at this time (not of their choosing) they are still holding on.
But it appears that it was intentional to only show the buildings that are outside of the developing area
Wouldn’t it be refreshing to try to find the positives instead of only showcasing any negatives.
With what’s happening EVERYWHERE we should try just a little harder to encourage hope.

I agree with Brenda W. There was no need to post this BS from this little cupcake. What's his home look like? Where are his parents (probably brother and sister) from?

Why didn't he showcase our parks, Donnalynne subdivision, Oaklawn Terrace or Wabash Place? Oh I know why. He's a douche bag. I hope someday I meet this little fool. I'll show him some real GC class.

It didn't take long to see where he was going with the video. He started out by telling how bad the weather was, like it was a typical Granite City day. I couldn't watch long - the sound track was too annoying.

I didn't mean to take a cheap shot at GC at all.

It's just a site where this guy visits hundreds of other cities and he just happened to include Granite City.

I personally thought what was distasteful was the music changes when entering and exiting Venice.

However, this video will evoke something different in every viewer, I suppose.

Well, he also dealt with rainy days while driving through Alton and also the East Alton/Wood River video.

The sun probably came out when he got to Edwardsville.. : ) But I actually didn't watch the video when he rolled through that area, so in actuality, I don't know.

If you only watched the video through the GC area, no doubt it will sting a little bit.

But watch the video from Cairo...or Danville...or Decatur and some other areas....

That's actually how I found this channel. I didn't even know at first he had one on Granite City...I think maybe my first video that I saw was somewhere like Cairo....and then actually stumbled upon the Granite City/Madison video.

I have a differing point of view. It's not perfect, but I don't think it was unfair. Sure, he missed some things that would have been more favorable to GC...but as an outsider, I even wonder how much he knew, that wasn't from a set of statistics somewhere. To him, it's a first impression.

It was a cheap shot effort at shit disturbing. Show the good and the bad if you want to make a video. I wonder what this guy does for a living. I will be trying my best to find out.

but he did do some advertising for Dixon Air Conditioning, i personally liked that part.
someone said he got the music from a porn site, but i wouldnt know, just what someone else said, i think...
