Miles Garrett is obviously pretty high strung but hes gone for the remaining of the regular season at the very least. He has come forward and apologized to the Steelers quarterback and his own teammates and organization which is a very good first step. Last night after witnessing his attack i wanted him to go to jail, but now im ok with him getting reinstated for the playoffs if Cleveland makes it that far. Usually im not real keen on mandatory anger management, but maybe for Garrett that would be a good idea. Sometimes i really like watching football, but other times i feel like its just a bunch of wife beaters and gang bangers going at it for all of our amusement. Maybe if the league would let them actually play real football again instead of flag football we would have fewer of these crazy outbursts.
Following Myles Garrett's indefinite suspension, former Cleveland Browns offensive coordinator Todd Haley expressed his belief that the incident was a reflection of coach Freddie Kitchens' leadership.
"This to me, this comes back to coaching," Haley told SiriusXM Radio on Friday. "This falls squarely right on the head coach. Because the head coach talks to every assistant coach, who then talk to their groups of players. And there's an old saying in coaching: 'You're either coaching it or you're allowing it to happen.'" I guess you all know whats coming next right? Todd Haley has just got to be a Democrat. A player assaults an opposing player with a steel helmet and its the coaches fault. I wonder why he didnt blame Trump while he was at it
