I love driving down Edwardsville Road at night! I get this feeling.... Ahhhh... I'm back home!

Not a lot of young families settling in Granite with the exception of the ones on the public payroll and of course the welfare types...things sure have changed over the past few decades.

Personally, I think its a missed opportunity for investors - all of Granite should become a Senior Thriving Community."Trump's Yo President" ~ Diamond & Silk

The real welfare types wear suits and have offices in skyscrapers or in sprawling suburban office parks.
Be that as it may...
Young families don't want starter homes, from the get go, they want to build their McMansion in some beiged out subdivision.
No one wants one of those brick ranch homes East of Nameoki Road where there are three bedrooms and one bath.
They all want master bedrooms and master baths...they all want man caves, and now they want she sheds apparently.
Either way, the welfare types are building in O'Fallon, Wildwood, and even some old welfare money in Ladue... They don't want these simple abodes in Granite City.. That's for those saps that actually have to work for it.
