Great post Palin. Yet let's blame teachers for kids failing. Education begins at home and it's obvious by these numbers that too many homes don't understand that.
Just a quick thought. How do working parents who must be at work at 7am be assured that their children will actually attend school?
It's a little thing called structure and discipline Blue. My parents both worked and I went to school every day. I knew better than to not go.
What is the reason that children dread attending educational institutions?
Laziness! An I don't care attitude! The state will take care of me!
