Playing Politics in Emergency SituationsArchived Message

I know to some, Trump can do no wrong and you'll try to find equivalents from prior presidents or blame media bias because your man can do no wrong...or else pride (or something else) gets in the way.
This is the stuff of third world dictatorship material, refusing to help out an emergency situation.
Such is the case where our irascible, irremediable, incompetent, ignorant, impudent, infantile 'Commander in Chief' has decided that he will threaten to pull Federal Aid from combating wildfires in California.
People are fleeing their homes on short notice, able to take very little with them.
Here we find little Donald wanting to play politics in the midst of an emergency situation.
If California doesn't have it together as he claims, then is this the time to play politics?
If I were like Sean Hannity and just wanting to make extensions of what people are thinking without having proof....
It would seem to me like he is trying to get revenge on 'political enemies' and allowing a state inside his borders to burn because they went for Hillary.
Now I wouldn't actually make that argument, but that is the kind of garbage that Hannity spews for three hours albeit in another direction.
Still -- this tyrant has to go! It's too bad your pride (or something else within you) cannot let you see how terrible this third world dictator really is...and you'll circle the wagons to find some kind of equivocation.
But it's a fair and solid argument that Trump is playing politics with this situation.
He can't just do something presidential....every issue has to be grandiose and tweeted about... "See how good I am' or 'See how terrible they are..''
He's toying with the lives of his own people and toying with their property and person.
