in Granite regarding these types of situations. One thing for certain though landlords just can't go evict someone and during the lengthily eviction process I assume the residents destroy the rental unit to get back at the landlord who actually is just trying to follow the law. However at the same time Granite is populated with individuals at the poverty level and with poverty comes crime these days. I read somewhere that Juan Castro, during the Obama days, said that these crime ordinances are racist since they fall upon people of color than white people and therefore should be unconstitutional. Interesting theory but with Granite being so heavily Democrat, as is Castro, it is a wonder why they imposed the laws in teh first place. Just something to think about.
