good luck with that: watch that good and reliable part. I hear complaints from a lot of customers, that they will call out a lot of contractors that advertise, and they never show up to even give a bid. Next the ones that will come to your house, look it over, and never even respond. and this is in all trades today, just wait a year or two, you think its bad now, you aint seen nothin yet. no one wants to work anymore.
