Hello, Granite City -
For those who do not know me, my name is Denny Patterson and I am running for the Granite City School Board. I am sure many of you have seen my statement on the homepage of this site, but I wanted to go ahead and post in the discussion board and introduce myself as well. This upcoming election is going to be a tight one because there are several qualified candidates running. So, I would like to hear from you. I want to know what you think needs to be changed and/or improved with our schools. I sincerely hope I can earn your trust and support which result in your vote. I am not running for a seat for the title or the glory. I want to help. I want to make sure that your children are attending top notch schools and receiving the education they deserve. Every member of the Board has a duty to serve the children and parents of this city, and I promise to do my best to make sure that happens. Again, I would love to hear from you.
