It will continue to get worse, or at least in Illinois anyway. because the new Governor had this to say;
"With our president doing everything he can to attack immigrants and refugees in Illinois, I want to make it clear from the beginning of my administration that we're going to stand up for all of our children and families. Illinois should be a state where all have access to opportunity and the ability to thrive, and my administration is taking steps to advance that goal.
I guess we can assume there will be a continued drain upon the taxpayers who foot the bill for all of this as the programs expand.
