Anyone know the best way to report malfunctioning traffic lights? A few weeks ago it was the left turn lane from Mockingbird onto 162. Now, it is the left turn lane from 111 onto Horseshoe Lake Road. Someone's going to get hurt there turning on a red b/c the green turn light doesn't activate.
