Do you live in Granite City or Pontoon Beach? If you live in Pontoon Beach, try calling the village. They may be able to point you in the right direction. They will make evry effort to help you. I suppose you can try the same thing for GC. Also, i dont know your situation, but if you are on SS, and or disability call the main SS office and ask for direction.
