Don't get me wrong, I think there should be protection put in for the municipality. We don't want to see another football team owner abandon a lease on a building the city built for him. Personally I would tie any tax breaks to corporation into an employment and long term mandated lease agreement.
However, until I see the "Dee Tower" and guys like you putting their money into infrastructure and job creation, I'll just have to hope the corporations take the high road.
