So you went in last Tuesday which was 14 March. I thought the documents in our picture were dated later than that. You also indicated that there was a 15 day grace period for the insurance bills.
You must have been very concerned about the insurance to fill out such a request before the policy lapsed. Glad you were looking out for those workers and had the foresight to ask for that request as early as you did.
