Some days i believe dogs have better qualities than people. It is a shame the way some dogs and cats are treated,and this area is as bad as ive seen. Anyone that mistreats or even neglects and animal is a scum bag in my book. More laws protecting animals are on the books, citizens need to not hesitate to report violators and not allow some police departments to ignore ignore these sad situations as some tend to do.
