I think Brenda Whitaker would be a good choice for a lot of things, I personally like her, she is responsible for a lot happening in our city. But, I think she is getting very tired of being the lone ranger. We have a condo in Port Charlotte Fl. and there is a wonderful vendor fair every week. We h ave one once a week and the crowd is good at times, but most of the time its disapointing. We have to all step up and get involved. Have we all been to Brendas new businessdowntown? I have, ive bragged about it to all, how bout the new donut shop? been there alot, or are we going to go up to betterville to shop. And uhhh, how many of yall have been to poor ol elroys detail shop?, uhh ive heard thats a local business, and the owners are struggling to keep it open. You pickin up what im putting down? hope all dont wait till they all go out of business and then say "gee wally I wondered why they closed"? This down is horrible. nap time. Seems like a very few do an awflul lot, and it wouldnt hurt for a few more to step up and help tote some of the warsh.
