Some days I'm on the fence and others, right back off. I climb aboard the train, but keep one foot on the platform. This is a hard one. Needless to say I am less than impressed with the speakers mentioned above by Opi.
I wasn't impressed, but actually disturbed by Hillary/DNC using Anastasia Somoza as their wheelchair bound, disabled pawn. The juvenile mockery that was displayed by Trump directed at the NY Times reporter was uncalled for, (even though the reporter was being an ass) and the DNC puts together a montage of Trumps not so shining moments with it ending with a zoomed in and slowed down video replaying that moment.
With that being displayed on the big screen in the background, they introduce Anastasia Somoza to the stage. The obvious planning and timing of that video took away from the message that was being delivered. Being so blatantly used, had to be degrading. Insult number one, Trump, insult number two Hillary.
Tonight's line up of speakers, I equal to a bad car wreck. You know better than to look, but just can't help yourself. The thought of once again, Michael Brown's mother being allowed a platform, especially one this large to point a finger at the police, crying police brutality over the death of her law breaking son, is just too much. I'm sick to death of the lies based around the death of this man. He is no hero, he got shot while trying to take an officer's firearm.
