Learn a lesson Mayor, this is what a decent Economic Developer is suppose to do. You need to stand down and let someone else hire for this position next time, you just can't seem to get this right.
EXCITING DEVELOPMENT NEWS FOR COLLINSVILLE!!! On Thursday, June 9, the Planning Commission reviewed and recommended approval of plans for a WALMART NEIGHBORHOOD MARKET at the site of the former KMart Building. The development will include a full service drive through pharmacy, fuel station, and possibly an order-online-pickup center as well. In conjunction, Lerch Homes is constructing a small strip center next door at the site of the former Liberty Tax / Daech & Bauer Roofing site.
