Not about passing the buck but we are a weaker nation than we were in years gone by. We allow vermin like these to take over our parks because people are afraid to say what the real issue is. Yes, your generation has fought several wars and even though you weren't allowed to declare any victories, you did what had to be done.
I do worry about your generation though sir. I believe you have a major uphill battle to end this liberal, socialist, everyone has to win a ribbon mentality built by Obama and his administration.
