I agree with you on that response. I have been paying taxes at an assessed value of my property and house well above all the sale prices of the others around me. All the sales have been at least 30-45 thousand below what they say mine is worth. Are they going to keep charging the buyers of these homes the 120k tax range if they bought the house for 75k. I feel a question on assessed home values tax wise is on the brink of decline in overall taxes collected. Yes my home is comparable to the homes that have been sold at the lower prices. Can someone clue me in on my right or wrongs on this speculation. Thanks
