There's been a lot a talk about nepotism in the schools, but how many retired cops do we have working in city hall? I know more than a few in the street department who 'knew someone' and got city work. Are any of these jobs actually posted somewhere for the general public to get a shot? GC seems more and more like Government for the people (who know someone), Government by the people (who know someone) and Government of the people (who know someone). Or, is it just me?
