I'm so sick of the term "boots on the ground". This is a term used by these lame ass politicians to act like tough guys.
These are people gentlemen and ladies. These are young men and women who go to fight your wars. Kindly show them a little more respect and refer to them as American soldiers, American troops, American heroes, etc..... Does it make it easier on you to refer to them as "boots".
John Wayne is dead. Stop trying to imitate him because the majority of you don't have the rocks to do so.
