One major difference in Edwardsville or O'Fallon is space to grow. Granite doesn't have it. That being said, route 3 is a major corridor for developers with one little problem called a flood plain and flood insurance issues. I'm ready for change. You tell us how to do it. Give us some really strong ideas, not just coffee house conjecture like my good old boys at McDonalds do. I would love to hear a specific plan. Otherwise it's just whining an b###hing and I'm sure you're above that Truth.
