I think it's very nice to look at, and once I get used to the new layout I'm sure I'll like it even more. I used to make my shopping list by aisle, and the aisles aren't QUITE the same, but that's what I get for falling into habits!
My one complaint is something I noticed in the cereal aisle (could have happened elsewhere too and I just didn't notice). Instead of organizing the cereals by "type," (corn flakes of all brands together, chex-like things of all brands together, etc.) it appeared that they had all of Kellogg's cereal in one place, Post cereal in another, General Mills in another, and Schnucks brand sprinkled somewhere inbetween. It literally took me 5 minutes of pacing the aisle to find Schnucks brand mini wheats. I passed by EVERY OTHER BRAND, which were of course more expensive and probably the motivation for that method of organization rather than grouping like types together.
That's my only complaint. It seems like they had more staff (perhaps for remodel, perhaps for holidays) and everyone was very helpful, courteous, etc. That's one thing I've found Shop & Save consistently lacks save for a select few checkers (as well as limited selection).
