Now Trump has named Bill Pulte as acting Director of National Intelligence. His qualifications for this key role? Well, he has none. Pulte is a Trump loyalist who has a degree in Broadcast Journalism and he's been the Director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency where he launched unsuccessful mortgage fraud probes against several of Trump's "enemies".
