Not according to Tulsi Gabbard who testified under oath that the nukes were "obliterated" and that there was nothing that indicated they were working on replacements. Of course, despite those revelations, she could not bring herself to say the words, "there was no imminent threat" --instead saying, "Donald Trump is the only one that can determine if there is an imminent threat." Total Bullshit. She is the Director of National Intelligence!!

Joe, when talking about Trump's numerous faults and failures, no one cares what Obama did or didn't do. It's what MAGA reaches for anytime Trump is called out on anything.
