
That's not voter suppression.
Voter suppression happens when access to either the identification or the polls is made difficult by any number of measures. It could be having one large polling location for large areas of a city where lines are long, or transit is not reliable.
It could take the form of having to jump through an unreasonable amount of hoops to get the ID.
Educate yourself on voter suppression. Do a little reading outside the comfortable echo chamber.
This is how incompetent racists can still win elections, when people of color are given more barriers to stand between them and their right to vote.
