Great, If each person is issued a FREE voters registration ID card that enables them to vote with their ID that is fine. The problem is when the government requires a form of ID that costs money. If they pass the new thing, Women will have to have a birth certificate that matches their drivers license. Many women changed their last name when they got married. That means they will no longer be allowed to vote unless they also have a passport in their new name ($130+). Poor people or people in big cities may not have a drivers licence. Why get one just to vote if you dont plan on buying a car? That puts an unfair burden on these people.
