When masked activists set up roadblocks, stop vehicles, demand ID, and run plates through a database to hunt federal agents, you are looking at vigilante nullification of federal law, period, end of report. They are taking over public streets to obstruct lawful federal operations, and to intimidate anyone they decide is on the wrong side of their unamerican cause. They do this with little regard of any real consequences.

If a right-wing group blocked a street, set up homemade barricades, stopped traffic, demanded ID, and ran plates looking for, say, FBI agents or abortion clinic staff, every leftist media outlet in America would be calling it paramilitary extremism and asking when the terrorism charges are coming. The Minneapolis mob is doing the same basic thing, attempting to impede federal enforcement of (duly enacted) immigration law by intimidation and physical obstruction, and that is the behavior our political class calls “threat to democracy” when it comes from the other side. They are phonies and hypocrites.
