What do you think invoking the Insurrection Act will accomplish?

At this point, I think they should pull the majority of ICE out of Minneapolis. If they truly want to pull the criminals off the street, do it discretely. Arm the ICE agents with intelligence as to where these people are and warrants to arrest, then arrest them in the early morning, middle of the night.
