DHS Secretary #KristiNoem: "An individual approached US Border Patrol officers with a 9mm semi-automatic handgun. The officers attempted to disarm this individual, but the armed suspect reacted violently ... this looks like a situation where an individual arrived at the scene to inflict maximum damage and kill law enforcement."

When asked specifically if he brandished the weapon, she deflected and did not answer. Does she believe her own lies? Does she think people are not going to see multiple videos that show, he was disarmed before he was shot multiple times?

He was standing between a woman and ICE agents who had shoved a woman to the ground when he was pepper sprayed, covered his eyes as he was pushed to the ground. He was there to record and had every right to do so.
