I understand the confusion, when FJB was President immigration was a federal matter, states were prohibited from enforcing illegal immigration laws. Now states want to disregard federal law and deal with illegal immigration as they see fit. If its a "D" its different....
They cheat, they know they cheat, everyone knows they cheat. Its as simple as that.
