Joe loves to engage in "whataboutisms" also known as deflection and it's usually an irrelevant comparison. It's part of the MAGA playbook and it's as old and tired as Trump himself.

It's expected and not difficult to see it for what it is. For good measure, Joe always throws in a "why didn't they react to what (insert Democratic politician's name) did. Probably because it usually has little if any relevance to current events.
