Trump doesn't strike me as one to use the Obama/Biden "Red Line" (never mind) model of diplomacy. On the other hand, he's more of a deal guy. And he also seems pretty enamored with being called the "President of Peace." Hopefully he has enough plane tickets and goodies to placate enough of the big fish to make it a bloodless or at least a carnage minimal mostly soft coup. A peaceful transition with just a slight threat of force may do the trick.
