Trump spent $120 million in California to send in National Guard and Military.

Court Ruling on Trump's Action:

The Trump administration “instigated a months-long deployment of the National Guard and Marines to Los Angeles for the purpose of establishing a military presence there and enforcing federal law,” Breyer wrote.

“Such conduct is a serious violation of the Posse Comitatus Act”

That money would pay for a lot of Police and other resources to combat crime.

It is not crime that Trump cares about. He himself often breaks the rule of law and ignores the Constitution.
