That will be quite a task, the few that get caught seldom face any real charges and the 95% that never get caught keep doing what they do knowing damn well they have next to nothing to lose. Crime does pay, and in some cases it pays very well.
A certain Kenyan got a shout out tonight - and I bet he's hating what's in those burn bags.
