Well I’ve had my share of Granite City and will be moving away soon to a better, less polluted more home feeling city out in the rural area. One where the annual Fourth of July fair with carnival rides, game’s, concerts and fireworks celebrations are still cherished along with decorating the main streets during the holidays. Where the mayors main priority is not seeing how many bars he can fit in a SQFT area. A place where the city officials work on improving the entire town not just a certain downtown area. Back to a true hometown value.
