I think Chicago has some good police officers, they just aren't allowed to do their jobs. Look at the Mayors that the city elects, it isn't very pleasant.
By some sort of miracle, they found someone dumber than Beetlejuice, finding someone dumber than this current joke won't be easy.
Good move Bears, getting out of that cesspool of a city in this wretched state. Indiana is obviously an upgrade.
