Oh, that was loud and clear - our way or the highway, eh? We, a majority of the American electorate calls for accountability of the fraud, waste and improper payments of tax dollars for the last 20 years or so, but to get compromise in government, we must turn the other cheek and allow certain members of Congress sweep it all away.

I think that’s a very bad deal.

FYI: the Government Accountability Office is reporting, in only one portion as an example, 2.7 Trillion dollars in improper payments is missing since 2003 from Medicare/Medicaid.
