I know the temptation to remind the world that Trump can do no wrong and share talking points from Newsmax, Faux News, Hannity, Levin and others is strong. I don't 'get it', but I 'get it'. You want to make your guy look good, and defend the indefensible at all costs, even if it means compromising faith, family or even the well-being of your country. Trump above all, because you can't be wrong.

The elections that really matter are coming up.

These are the people who will answer your call personally, give attention to your questions and concerns, and take care of the things that affect you locally.

I remember the vigorous conversation of yesterday. ..the drama of Nameoki Township, the Mayor and Alderpeople of Granite City....and all the good times.

Do you even know the people on the ballot?

The time is coming on April 1, and the polls will be light, in comparison to those who wanted to pay tribute and offer an act of worship to their orange idol.
