Not one person on here has "defended or made excuses" for anything. Trump is trying to set the stage and precedent where he can refuse to abide by the law... this was all just one example of him doing so...defying a court order. This just happened to be about deportation. Because you cannot accept that Trump is far from perfect, you must turn it around and act like Dems want criminals in the country. That is not what it's about.

WHM, you are filled with drama and you are clueless. I don't feel bad saying that to you because you have no problem calling everyone who does not agree with you "stupid".

If Trump refuses to obey the law and has no checks and balances, and it's very clear that's his goal, then we no longer have a democracy. Trump wants to "impeach" the judge that issued that court order.

Hopefully, John Roberts has set the tone for stopping him.
