He didn't state it in this meeting, but let's not forget his claim, repeated over and over and over that parents were sending their little boys to school, and they are given a horrible operation and they come home a little girl. One specific quote:

"No transgender, no operations — you know, they take your kid — there are some places, your boy leaves for school, comes back a girl. Okay? Without parental consent.” He added, “At first, when I was told that was actually happening, I said, you know, it’s an exaggeration. No: it happens. It happens. There are areas where it happens.”

And another:

“The transgender thing is incredible. Think of it. Your kid goes to school and comes home a few days later with an operation. The school decides what’s going to happen with your child,” Trump said in remarks to the conservative group Moms for Liberty"

I suppose the school nurse was doing the surgery in the cafeteria with the principal administering the anesthesia. The recovery room is the library and the little girl is good to go home by the time the school buses line up.
