Its irresponsible, you fire someone and confiscate their laptops and all access to their work emails. Once again, this process is total chaos.

There were a number of probationary employees that chose "the fork in the road".. the package affording pay and benefits through September and then they got fired. In some cases it has been corrected because it was an error. Total sh*t show.
