Just #6 and #7 did nothing for California.

Opening the dam was of zero benefit to Los Angeles..it did lower that dam of water that
is stored so farmers can use it in hot summer...

now that water has been wasted because of Trump's "common sense"

That action just made more people aware of how his "common sense" is lacking.
