They were a person short in the tower, perhaps a qualified white male who did not meet the DEI requirements was not hired. It's really pretty simple. Not every instance is a DEI hire going to be the blame, but do you want a midget with epilepsy and schizophrenia in the tower because it's his turn and meets a quota??
